The camera supports 2.4 GHz WiFi network and cannot support 5 GHz network.
Make sure that your mobile has connected 2.4 g of Wi-Fi network, then rebooted the camera and reconnected it. Any questions, please contact our support team. If your WiFi network is 2.4 GHz, you can use a LAN cable to connect.
3, how much memory card capacity should I choose?
It depends on the time that you would like to record.
8 GB recording about 3 ~ 4 days; 16 GB record about 7 days; 32 GB record about 15 days; 64 GB record about 30 days
Q:Add device , it can't be searched ?
A: Firstly, insure the following points:
1.The camera don't support 5GHz network but only 2.4GHz ,if your router is 5GHz, please switch to 2.4GHz.
2.Make sure wifi name doesn't exist special symbols, and no more than 18 characters.
3.Make sure the wifi that mobile phone connected is the router, and phone distance camera within 1m.
Then, reset the camera, add device again.
If it still can't configure, after reseting it, use ethernet cable connect camera and router, ensure network port light is working(otherwise, change a network cable try again),click local area network search, when you search out a character begin with"GGGG", click it , enter user name "admin" and password"admin",
save it,enter into System setting->Network setting, enter router name and password, save, pull out network cable,you can configure remotely now.
